1. 6.1.1.

   Natural persons (other than persons, who are employed by Omantel, or the Organizer, and close relatives and spouses of persons, who are employed by Omantel or the Organizer as well as persons who are board members of Omantel, or the Organizer, during the time of the “Score and Win” subscription service) who are Omantel Baqati & Hayyak customers (hold a valid Omantel SIM card) during the period of the “Score and Win” subscription service are eligible to subscribe to the subscription service.

   Legal entities who are Omantel mobile Baqati & Hayyak customers (hold a valid Omantel SIM card) during the period of the “Score and Win” Subscription Service, are also eligible to subscribe to the subscription service.

   You can opt-out of the “Score and Win” daily subscription service at any time by sending an SMS with the keyword “STOP” or “UNSUB” in English, or “قف” or “الغاء” in Arabic to (SMS is free of charge).

   You can opt-out of the “Score and Win” One Time subscription service at any time by sending an SMS with the keyword “STOP” in English to (SMS is free of charge).

   As an unsubscribed user, you can still access the Wap app and play your remaining questions. You can resume playing remaining questions, by sending “WIN or SUB” to

   If you send an SMS with one of the keywords “WIN or SUB” in English or in Arabic to , you will be considered re-subscribed to the service.

• For every right answer, the challenge pack member will get 10 points.

1. Highest Score - The Participant with highest score. In case of tie on the score, then next criteria will apply.
2. Minimum attempts - The Participant who has taken minimum attempts to reach the score would be the Winner. In case there is a tie-on minimum attempt, the next criteria will apply.
3. Shortest Possible Time - In case of a tie-on minimum attempts, then the Participant who took least time to answer the question would be the Winner.

Duration for Weekly Prize (Table B):

1. The organizer reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms at any time by posting the amended Terms. Please check these Terms periodically for changes.
2. The Organizer reserves the right to whenever is deemed necessary, temporarily suspend the “Score and Win” Subscription Service for operational reasons (e.g. for repairs, planned maintenance or upgrades). The Organizer promises to restore the “Score and Win” Subscription Service as soon as possible after any temporary suspension period.
3. The organizer advises participants to use caution and common sense when participating in the“Score and Win” Subscription Service at all times. The organizer shall not be liable for any failure to fulfil any of its obligations under the present “Terms and Conditions” in so far as such failure is due to Force Majeure. Force Majeure shall mean all events beyond the control of the organizer, which cannot be reasonably foreseen, or if necessary, cannot be avoided. Force Majeure shall include, but not by way of limitation, war hostilities, invasion, riot, political unrest, civil commotion, government control, lock-outs, fire, flood, storm, or other natural catastrophe. In such circumstances, the organizer may suspend the “Score and Win” Subscription Service for which event shall promptly notify the participants on the official website of the “Score and Win” ARENA Subscription service at https://mv1.in/OmantelContest/. The organizer may extend the duration of the “Score and Win” Subscription Service for the number of days that it was suspended due to Force Majeure issue.
