Terms & Conditions – M-Challenge

 

  1. The Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to all entrants, whether such entrant wins or not. By your participation in this competition you agree to be bound by such T&Cs.
  2. The competition is open to all Vodafone subscribers in Qatar
  3. The competition runs from 8th May 2020 and closes on 4th September 2020.
  4. Totally Sixteen (16) prizes to the total value of QR 83000 will be up for winning over the duration of the competition, which will consist of 17 weekly prizes (QR 3000 each) and three (3) monthly prizes (QR 8000 each).
  5. Weekly Prize consist of 17 weeks during 120 days contest period, therefore each week 1 winner will be selected to win a QR 3000 and totally 17 winners will be selected during the competition period.
  6. Monthly Prize consist of 4 months during 120 days contest period, therefore each month 1 winner will be selected to win a QR 8000, totally 3 winners will be selected during the competition period.
  7. Winners will be notified weekly and monthly.

 

Challenge Period:

  1. This is a limited period Challenge for Eligible Subscribers of Vodafone, available from 8th May, 2020, 00:00:01 hours to 4th September, 2020, 23:59:59 hours, both days inclusive (“Challenge Period”).
  2. Organizer and Vodafone reserves the right to extend or shorten the Challenge Period, as it deems fit.

 

Entry details:

  1. To enter our quiz, you need to subscribe to our competition by sending an SMS containing
  • 1 for daily charging of QR 1.5
  • 2 for Weekly charging of QR 7
  • 3 for Monthly Charging of QR 20
  1. You will receive a set of 5 questions each day by SMS, and you will reply with the chosen answer.
  2. For each correct answer, you will get 3 points, for each wrong answer you will get 1 point and no negative points for wrong answer.
  3. Entrants must be over 18 years of age and if under 18 years must have their parents or guardians’ consent before entering.

 

Winner Selection

  1. Each week, the participant with the highest score will be the winner,
  2. Each weekly winner will win QR 3000.
  3. Each month, the participant with the highest score will win the monthly Prize of QR 8 000.
  4. In case of a tie on the score, the Participant who has taken minimum attempts to reach the score would be the Winner.
  5. In case there is a tie on minimum attempts, the first Participant to reach such score will be the Winner.
  6. Winners will be announced on website and notified by SMS.

 

Winner notification and prize forfeiture:

Every winner will be contacted by the Organizer on the mobile phone number he/she has used to participate in M-Challenge. Three (3) Consecutive voice call attempts will be made each day by the Organizer to contact the mobile number of the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted, he/she is disqualified and forfeits the prize and the Organizer will attempt to contact the next runner up.

The winner is required to provide proof of eligibility and sign a prize acceptance form (as requested by the Organizer) before prizes can be collected. If the winner fails to provide sufficient proof, he is disqualified.

Prizes will be given to Winners’ after the end of the competition.

 

Prize Details

  1. Weekly Prize: One winner will be selected per week for gratification of QR 3000, totally 17 winners for 17 weeks and Total QR 51000
  2. Monthly Prize: One winner will be selected per month for gratification of QR 8000, totally 4 winners for 4 months and Total QR 32000

 

General

  1. Vodafone takes no responsibility for incorrect information supplied, whether intentionally or negligently.
  2. Winners may be required to provide Vodafone with such additional information it may reasonably or statutorily require to process the transfer of the winning prizes.
  3. By entering this competition, you authorize Vodafone, to collect, store and use (not share) personal information of entrants for communication or statistical purposes. You are entitled to decline any marketing communication.
  4. Kindly note the following people will not be allowed to enter this competition:
    1. Employees of Vodafone, One97 and Monty Mobile.
    2. Relatives of the employees who work for Vodafone, One97 and Monty Mobile.
